THE GEORGE

The George is always on the move through a terrain full of raw funk, eccentric soul and danceable jazz. New terrains are explored and connections are made. This results in a contemporary fusion of funk, soul, jazz & funk, wrapped in an energetic and sweaty live show.

The 9-headed band has given performances on numerous well-known stages, jazzclubs, and festivals throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Paradiso, De Boerderij, North Sea Jazz Club, Jazzclub Minden, Jazz in Duketown, and Gentse Feesten, to name a few, are stages that are not unknown to the George.
